Cancellations
Our aim is to dispatch your order within 48 hrs.
We will accept any request to cancel your order before then, and will provide you with a refund within 5 working days. No reasons necessary.
Refunds & Replacements
We will refund or replace items that arrived damaged or items with quality issues.
To support this, we ask that you provide photographs using a clear well-lit white background, where possible. This step can help us quickly identify your issue to provide a speedy resolution.
All refunds provided will appear back in your account within 5 working days.
Returns
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may be eligible to return your item(s) for a refund, no reasons necessary.
We generally accept returns but there are some we will not accept due to health and hygiene concerns, if the product was personalised and if 30 days have passed.
Our address is on our contacts page at the bottom of this website. We suggest using a tracked service to prevent any loss or complications. Postage costs are paid by the returnee. Accepted returns will result in a refund paid within 5 working days.
